Privacy

Redil is a project by Ennio Maldonado, an individual resident in Spain, ahead of the incorporation of a company. He is the controller of the data you send through the form on this site.

Contact for any data protection matter: privacy@redil.ai.

What we collect

Your email address and, only if you provide them, your name, your organisation, the type of organisation and a message. We also keep the date, the language of the page and the version of the consent text you accepted.

We do not store your IP address and the server keeps no visit log. This site uses no cookies, analytics or trackers and loads nothing from third parties. The language and theme you choose are kept only in your browser.

Why, and on what legal basis

To tell you when Redil opens access and to reply if you tell us about your case. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. To check that the address is yours we send a confirmation email; without that confirmation we delete your details after 7 days.

We send no third-party advertising and never sell your details. They are processed only by the providers named below.

Where it is kept, and how

In a database inside the European Union, at Webdock.io ApS (Dinamarca). Personal data is stored encrypted (AES-256) with a key that is not in the database.

Email is handled with Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.), which acts as our processor. The emails we send you and those you send us go through that service; Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

For how long

At most 24 months from sign-up. After that the details are deleted automatically.

Your rights

Every email we send you includes a link to delete your details immediately, without having to write to us.

You can also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to the processing, by writing to privacy@redil.ai. We reply within one month. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
